By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or confirming a reservation, you agree to be legally bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Autograph Greece e-Service (“Autograph Greece”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, tour services, private transfers, and travel-related arrangements provided through our websites or representatives.

RESPONSIBILITY & GENERAL DISCLAIMER

We may modify itineraries, routes, schedules, or services if required for safety, operational, or practical reasons.

All information, dates, and pricing are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic conditions, strikes, supplier changes, or government restrictions.

Clients must be physically and mentally able to participate in all planned activities. Please inform us in advance of any functional or support needs that may require special arrangements.

We reserve the right to refuse service or request withdrawal if a guest’s behavior, condition, or actions compromise the safety, comfort, or experience of others.

Autograph Greece does not own or operate airlines, hotels, restaurants, activity venues, or third-party transportation services and is not responsible for their performance, delays, or changes.

BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS

If you are making a booking for additional participants, you act as the primary contact person and accept responsibility for:

– All payments

– All communication with us

– Providing accurate participant information

– Ensuring other travelers are informed of any changes

By proceeding, you confirm that you have their consent to provide their personal information.

PERSONAL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included in any of our services.

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance including coverage for medical expenses, cancellations, delays, and loss or damage of personal belongings.

Each participant is fully responsible for their health, safety, and personal items throughout the journey.

Any issue must be reported immediately in writing to your driver, guide, or our support team.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue during the service.

If a matter is not resolved on-site, a formal written complaint must be submitted to [email protected] within four (4) weeks of the service completion date, including supporting documentation.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Autograph Greece is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience unless caused by proven negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.

In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to:

– Natural disasters

– Extreme weather conditions

– Strikes or protests

– Government restrictions

– Transport disruptions

We reserve the right to offer alternative services or a travel credit at our discretion.

Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the total amount paid for the booked service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is considered invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, the remaining sections remain valid and in full force.

While we aim to keep our website content accurate and updated, errors or outdated information may occasionally appear.

Autograph Greece may modify or remove website content at any time without prior notice and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

– Images

– Logos

– Branding

– Design elements

is the property of Autograph Greece or its licensors.

You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

Autograph Greece is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy policies of external sites. Use them at your own discretion.

PHOTOS & VIDEO USE

By participating in our tours, transfers, or experiences, you grant Autograph Greece permission to use photographs or video recordings that may include you, for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing before the start of your service.

THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

We cooperate with third-party providers such as hotels, guides, transport operators, vessels, and activity organizers.

Although we select partners carefully, we are not responsible for their actions, omissions, service quality, or operational changes. Their services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

ACTIVITIES & PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Some activities involve inherent risks. By choosing to participate, you accept full responsibility for those risks. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during activities.

Our guides, drivers, and instructors may remove any participant who behaves in a dangerous, abusive, illegal, or disruptive manner. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

PRICING POLICY

All prices are subject to change for new inquiries only. Confirmed bookings are protected from future price changes. Unless otherwise stated, prices include:

– VAT (13% or 24%)

– Local taxes

Prices do NOT include:

– Tips or gratuities

– Personal expenses

– Travel or medical insurance

Children under 5 may participate free of charge. Participants over 5 years old are charged the adult rate. Airport transfers are priced per vehicle unless otherwise specified.

BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCESS FOR PRIVATE TRANSFERS & CHAUFFEUR SERVICES

Upon sending your inquiry, you will see an automated reply that confirms the reception of your message.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.

(Should you not receive an automated reply that confirms the reception of your message within half an hour, please try to text us on WhatsApp at +306943264350.)

Soon (depending primarily on your time zone), you will receive a second personalised email with a confirmation of availability for the dates, transfer and time you have requested as well as the cost.

NOTE: THIS IS A CONFIRMATION OF AVAILABILITY, NOT A CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.

Your airport transfer reservation is considered to be confirmed after both parties accept the final transfer details (dates, service level, pick-up and drop-off locations & cost). A simple personalised confirmation follows.

BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCESS FOR PRIVATE TOURS AND MULTI-DAY TRIPS

A payment link to send a 30% partially refundable deposit will be sent at a later stage upon mutual agreement and confirmation of dates, service level, pick-up and drop-off locations, trip planning and all relevant details as well as final cost.

Your private tour, day trip or tailor-made experience reservation is considered to be confirmed upon the receipt of the deposit. You will be notified with another email.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICES

All private transfers and tours include:

– Air-conditioned, Wi-Fi equipped vehicles

– Professional English-speaking drivers

– Fuel, tolls & parking fees

– On-board bottled water

– Secure card payments

– 24/7 customer support

– VAT & all tourist taxes

– Carbon offset contribution via Sustainable Travel International

Important: Autograph Greece drivers are not licensed archaeological site or museum guides. Licensed tour guides can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Day Trips:

– More than 72 hours before: Full refund

– 24 to 72 hours before: 50% refund

– Less than 24 hours: No refund

Multi-Day Private Tours:

– The 30% deposit is partially refundable.

– 2 months Cancellation Notice Eligibility (50% refund of the 30% deposit)

– 3 months Cancellation Notice Eligibility (Full refund of the 30% deposit)

Process/ transaction fees applied by the payment getaway when paying with credit/ debit card (app. 3-4%) are NOT included (Refer to full day or multi-day trips and private tours). Bank or card processing fees (approx. 3–4%) are not refundable in all cases.
